Shipping Service & Costs
We deliver to almost all destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all orders within India. For orders outside India, shipping charges are $30 per order. For orders above $299, worldwide shipping is free. Once we receive your order, we dispatch your product(s) within 24 to 48 hours on business days using the best courier services available. Customised orders are thoroughly measured, designed, and stitched based on your preference, hence they usually take 1 to 2 weeks. You should receive these within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch for domestic orders and 2 to 3 weeks for international orders. Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not AliqraThobe’s responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.
Delivery Guide
We strive to dispatch each item in your order within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Nonetheless, there may be instances where we require more time, potentially up to 21 business days, to ship the order if we need to source it from other stores or warehouses, or if the order is personalised/customised. In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order in its entirety within the specified timeframe, we will promptly notify you. Please note that during sale and high-demand periods, order processing may experience delays. Therefore, our delivery estimates should be regarded as a general reference rather than a strict guarantee.
Rules & Restrictions
Orders are handled and delivered exclusively on business days, which encompass Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. For all deliveries, customers will be requested to provide a signature upon receipt. In instances where logistical challenges arise when delivering to specific remote regions, we retain the right to either cancel your order or impose additional terms and conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, stipulating a minimum product order value in a single transaction. Our Customer Care team will inform you of any cancellations or such conditions shortly after you’ve placed your order.
Delivery Problems
If our shipping provider encounters difficulties delivering to the address you provided, they will make another attempt on the subsequent business day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned, and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. Should your parcel be returned, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.
