Domestic Returns & Refunds (India)
For purchases within India, returning or exchanging an item is a straightforward process. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it using the methods outlined below.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Reverse pick-up services are available where applicable. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order. If an order contains multiple items, only a single Rs 100 deduction will apply for the entire order.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-12 working days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain personalised or customised items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Name-customised Namaz Makhna and Bridal Dupatta

  • Size-customised Prayer Dress and Co-ord sets

  • Size/design-customised Abayas

  • Products purchased from partner stores or other marketplaces

  • Products purchased during special sales (e.g., Deal of the Day)

AliqraThobe reserves the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet our Return Policy criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery and provide an opening video. We will assess the item and provide a full refund if confirmed faulty.

Return Instructions
To initiate a return:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Service section in the website footer.

  2. Click Return Orders and complete the requested details.

  3. Alternatively, go to My Account and follow the Return option.

  • Reverse Pick-Up is subject to availability in your area.

  • Returns are usually scheduled within 2-4 business days from the original delivery address.

  • Ensure the package is securely packed in the original packaging, previous shipping labels are removed or covered, and sealed properly for pickup.

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, you must send the shipment to the company address.

  • Once received, AliqraThobe will validate the return. Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 7-12 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 7-12 working days, depending on your bank.

  • Cash refunds or checks are not provided.

  • Items damaged due to negligence (e.g., failure to follow Wash Care instructions) are not eligible for refund.

  • Cash on Delivery refunds are issued as E-Gift Cards valid for 1 year.

Item Damage During Shipment

  • Contact Customer Care within 24 hours with an opening video if the item is damaged.

  • A full refund will be provided upon validation of the damage.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange, go to My Account, select the eligible product, and choose the product you want in exchange.

  • If the new product value is higher, the difference will be charged.

  • If the new product value is lower, the difference will be issued as Gift Cards for future purchases.

Payment Terms

  • Domestic payments: Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, COD & UPI

  • International payments: Razorpay and PayPal wallet options

Payment Security

  • Payments are processed securely through SSL encryption.

  • If you notice unauthorized charges, contact your bank immediately.

  • AliqraThobe will never request credit card details via email.

Pricing

  • All displayed prices include GST but exclude shipping fees.

  • Online prices may differ from physical store prices.

  • Special online discounts may not be applicable in-store and vice versa.
